Priority Jewels operates in the competitive jewelry market, focusing on light-weight, affordable diamond-studded gold and platinum items. Key risks include reliance on independent jewelers and jewelry chains for sales, exposure to international markets, and fluctuations in gold and diamond prices. The company’s financial performance, as indicated by its revenue and profit figures, will be closely watched by investors. Its customer base includes large, established players, which can be seen as both a strength and a potential dependency.

Mumbai, India Priority Jewels, a manufacturer and seller of light-weight, affordable diamond-studded gold and platinum jewelry, has raised Rs 27.45 crore from anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering (IPO). The IPO is scheduled to open for public subscription on Friday, August 28, 2026.

The company announced to the stock exchanges that it allocated 13.72 lakh shares at Rs 200 per share to its anchor investors.
